As a 4-night short stay we found the hotel cheap and convenient.
However, you get what you pay for.
Room -
For the two of us we had a triple room with a tiny bathroom and tiny wc (separate). Clean but very small and cramped possessing little storage space. Very few towels, not changed daily and the bathroom got soaked with every shower having the smallest shower screen and shortest bath imaginable. TV had no english channels and anything premium was encrypted or not tuned in.
Food -
Breakfast was a buffet style mixture of cereals, breads and cakes, cold meat and cheeses, dairy, bacon/eggs (you can hard boil your own but it takes over 10 minutes in the bains marie), etc.
Lunch - We assumed it was make your own at breakfast and bring it with you or buffet again (we ate out)
Dinner - A variety of themes differing each night with a bookable 'regional' menu. The dinner bell goes at 19:30pm and the masses gather from 18:30 to secure their place at the front of the queue. Quite comical to watch.
Staff - friendly and helpful. As some of them take part in the daily entertainments/shows/cabarets etc they have to be 'happy hands' ready but all quite pleasant.
Facilities
Pool - not the warmest but a good size (not open all day in case you finish your skiing early)
SPA - is only available if booked in advance. Not convenient if you make a last minute decision to have a jacuzzi after a hard days ski.
Ski shop - on site but closed for a large part of it. Helpful staff.
