This place is actually pretty nice, but I was debating whether I should put 3 or 4 stars. I went with 4, because 3 feels kind of harsh.
The room was nice, but there is no elevator and you have to go up 2 flights of stairs and narrow corridors to get all the way up. Keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage with you.
There is a lovely pub downstairs, with tasty pizzas and good taps. We were offered a 10% guest discount which we never got, because there was a "glitch at the system". It's small money, so it was not an issue, but would have appreciated something else as a gesture since we are paying full price, instead of a "sorry I can't give you the discount". The pizzas were really tasty though, and they had a 50% discount on the pizzas that night too (for everyone, not just guests).
Now, as for the room. The bed was comfy, and there was a small fridge in the room which is always a plus.
There were no plastic bags in the rubbish bins, and there was a drainage issue with the shower, so it flooded as soon as you turned on the water, which made us not want to shower there at all.
