Check in was fab lovely staff, Room was made for a solo stay had to ask for another robe, slippers, tea bags, milk,etc, second day room wasn’t serviced tried to tell us we had requested a no service hadn’t spoke to anyone didn’t see a maid so had to ask for more room amenities and towels etc! Breakfast was appalling not enough staff to clear tables and stock breakfast items, hot items weren’t! Luke warm at most eggs were baked so hard yolks, counters weren’t tidied cereal spills not cleared had to ask for items (berries and yougurt). We dined in the restaurant at night which was a completely different experience mitchelin star compared to breakfast, waitress was polite and accommodating, food was top notch, well cook and presented. It a good thing that this hotel as amazing staff because it could so easily be faulty towers!
