at my arrival , no parking space in the property as described.
to get the key of the room I had to first pay the fees for the cleanning 80 euros but they gave me access to a room that instead was not been serviced. I was assigned another room where I realised later on that the sheet of the main bed were used and the pillow case had pieces of dirt. I ended up sleeping in a mezzanine single bed :the sheets looked ok. I have complained to the receptionist : agreed that someone was going to come in the morning and that I was entitled to a partial refund. Nobody came, no one called back
