Fabulous location. The staff were amazing, everyone from reception, the bar, housekeeping and maintenance were professional and friendly. This would have been a good experience, but it was completely ruined by the airport transfer. We had prebooked a return transfer to the airport, but nobody arrived. They then refused to refund the money despite not providing the service we paid for. It completely ruined the experience and left my wife in tears. Utterly disappointing and you expect more from a 5* destination.

Wonderful stay and facilities! The staff is top notch, everyone was so helpful and sweet. We also really enjoyed the free drinks provided as well as the spa area for sauna and pool :) My only critique are the bed pillows. The bed is on the harder side and the pillows don’t have that hotel quality fluff. I think upgrading that will level up this hotel!
