Mould sewage unpleasant don’t stay
First off, Maddie on the waterside customer service was amazing dealing with the issues.
Upon entering apartment number 5, there was an extremely un pleasant smell of sewage, damp and mould, which was throughout the apartment
We had to go out and buy air fresheners
There were no windows at all to open.
There was mould and damp around the windows , parts had tape over them to cover gaps .
Laminate flooring lifting up in kitchen area .
No hot water at all from the shower .
The general standard of basic hygiene and cleanliness was not met in the slightest.
Maddie moved us to apartment number 2 , which was better , but I had my young Grandchild with me, so the upheaval of moving everything down 2 floors was an inconvenience.
I would definitely not recommend or stay here again
I have been staying over in Liverpool for the last 8 years, this has to be the worst accommodation I’ve used .
The location was great , that’s about it
