This hotel had the worst service ever, even on Israeli standards. On checking and check out literaly 5 words were said and any inquiries were replied with arrogance. No information about the hotel, towels, spa, dinner and breakfast was given, when leaving we tried to talk to any managers to give feedback, but they were not available... The rooms were outdated, but relatively clean. The spa was crowded and untidy, no bathropes were given. Dinner was included, and it was ok, but again no one talked to us during the whole time, so we drank water only. There are multiple hotels just nearby, next time we will go to one that tolerates customers...
