I travelled to Luxembourg for business and stayed two nights from 3rd to 5th July 2019. I travel here quite frequently and have also stayed at your hotel once before. However, this time the stay resulted very unfortunate. Yesterday evening 4th of July I found that there was a bedbug in my room.
I was utterly disgusted, as it is evident that the creature I found in my room is a bedbug. I reported this immediately to the reception and was offered to change rooms, but they could not offer me any compensation and told me to contact the manager of the hotel by email. I wrote the email same morning (5th July) and yet by today (11th July), I have not received any answer for my email...
After this event, I’m doubtful of whether I dare to come back another time to this hotel... Look forward to hearing from you how you are to counter this very unfortunate issue.
