Great hotel with incredibly friendly staff. All wishes are fulfilled. Food and drinks are excellent. The all-inclusive concept is outstanding. The only downside, which is truly annoying: What German tourists are to a 3 or 4-star hotel in Mallorca (reserving sun loungers with towels early in the morning, having no table manners at meals, and drinking too much at the hotel bar), the English luxury guests are to the IKOS. It’s hard to understand how, in this luxury segment, people reserve sun loungers with personal items by 9 AM, only to show up around 11:30 AM. As for table manners, you can only shake your head. I would have never thought that, even in the luxury sector, good manners could be such a foreign concept.
