Needs Improvement
The hotel was newer, clean and staffed with pleasant employees.
I have 3 complaints:
1. Breakfast was very poor quality compared to any other similar hotel. Very small selection, mainly continental and what was offered was not well stocked or replenished. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast which never happens when staying at other hotels.
2. Poor quality bedding...the sheets were not cotton, but some kind of polyester/rayon blend which was very uncomfortable.
3. Extremely low water pressure. Impossible to have a comfortable shower, as the water sprays so lightly. I'm used to tolerating various pressures at hotels, this one was subpar and inadequate.
The room was very spacious, clean and well maintained, but I would likely not stay here again. There are many other options that have quality rooms and staff and the quality extends across the board to bedding, breakfast and showers as well. Unfortunately, this was not one of those places.
