I brought my family here as a last minute booking when a flight was cancelled. The owner took my money, then locked the gate and did not respond to phone calls when we arrived, so there was no way in. There's no doorbell or any other way to alert the front desk when you arrive, so I was stranded outside with my wide and small children in an unfamiliar neighborhood in a country where we did not speak the language.
Not only did the owner not apologize, but despite the fact we hadn't stayed at the place, they refused to refund my money. We are a single income family with little kids. The owner then lied that they had not received any phone calls when I have call logs proving that they failed to answer. Hotels.com claim they can't do anything because the lying owner refuses to respond to them.
Do not stay here, they are dishonest scammers.
