Nice stay with a little room for improvement!
The hotel's prime location near the main streets and the beach made for a pleasant stay. However, a few aspects could benefit from improvement.
The hotel cafe and restaurant were closed during our stay, we assume they are still in the process of opening.
Regrettably, there were no bedside lamps, which would have created a cozy atmosphere for evenings. Only the roof lamps were available.
Initially, the fridge was not functioning, but fortunately, the staff was prompt and helpful in getting it fixed.
The green LED light from the AC unit may have been bothersome at night, and it may be worthwhile to bring some tape to conceal it.
Upon checkout, we were only permitted to store our luggage for a couple of hours until 1 pm, which was disappointing as we expected to keep them for a more extended period. Typically, hotels allow guests to store luggage until departure, so this was not what we had anticipated.
In conclusion, our stay was pleasant, and the issues we encountered were relatively minor. Nonetheless, we believe that with some improvements, the hotel can achieve its full potential and offer excellent service. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.!
