I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel, which has unfortunately left a very negative impression. I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention in the hope of prompting necessary improvements.
During my stay, I encountered multiple service failures and unprofessional behavior, including:
1. Failure to provide wake-up service.
2. Delayed restaurant service.
3. Presence of insects: I noticed squeaks in the bathroom, which were not present upon check-in. This raises concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance standards.
4. Luggage transport issues: Upon departure, I requested assistance with luggage, but after waiting half an hour with no action, I had to move my bags myself.
5. Billing disputes and rude behaviour: I was surprised to find an incorrect charge on my bill, linked to a room number (119 instead of my actual room 145). When I pointed this out, the receptionist, Khadija, repeatedly questioned whether I canceled the service and insistently asked, "Is this your bill?" despite my showing her the correct bill. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. The duty manager's attempt to dismiss her behavior as joking was unsatisfactory, and I expected an apology rather than denial.
These issues, coupled with the overall rude attitude and lack of accountability from the staff, have severely tarnished my perception of your hotel.
