The Wylie has smaller rooms that are called Petite Queens, and they have Standard Queen rooms which are larger. But on Hotels.com (Expedia), the room description just said "1 Queen", with photos of only the larger, Standard Queen room. When we arrived late at night, the front desk person put us in a Petite Queen, even though I explained the room was smaller and not the same as the photos of the room I booked. The next day after asking the front desk twice about it, they took it to the manager, and the manager very kindly put us in a Standard Queen, which matched the photos of the room I had booked. So just be careful if you book the Wylie through hotels.com (Expedia), that hotels.com might not have the correct photos for the room you are booking. The only drawbacks were: they used to have mini coffee machines in the room, and now you have to go out of the room to get coffee - and they used to have irons and now they only have steamers, which I guess are safer but a lot more of a pain (literally, in the hand) to use. However they've recently redone the carpet, the paint, the furnishings, and my favorite - the showers, from curtains before to now shower doors, with even a little bar to prop my leg up on to shave, and those were all very mice upgrades. And the beach at The Wylie is awesome. Everything was very clean.
