The hotel clerk was extremely friendly and really tried to be helpful. The room/shower/kitchen were clean, but an "extended-stay" facility is supposed to provide plates, silverware, cups, glasses, dish soap, dish rags, wash cloths, etc. The clerk said he had "some" of that stuff, but much of it was still in rooms, they are short staffed, and some of it was stolen and it is the end of their budget year. Consequently, they did not have the soap and the dish rags and wash cloths.
As we were checking out, the owner/manager of the hotel promised us a 20% discount on our next visit for an apology for the inconvenience of the missing items. This was very generous, if we ever decide to return.
