I already submitted a review about this absolutely disgusting hotel!! It was submitted on July 19, 2025. This hotel was so bad and so poorly run that I was completely unable to check in!! The front desk said the computer system was down and unable to check in patrons that had used third party systems (ie hotels.com, Expedia etc). The lobby stunk, the elevator was inoperative and the pool was not functioning! The man at the front desk could not check us in as well as other patrons. It was 1720 local time and we were told to come back later. We returned at 2020 to check in and the room was not available! There was no estimated time the room would be ready! Other patrons were also waiting on rooms. They were understaffed and unable to clean the rooms! It was so bad that the front desk clerk had to leave the front desk to clean each room per patron after they were able to check them in. Check in was at 1600. This room should have been ready then. It still was unavailable at 2020 local time!! How long do I have to wait for a room that should have already been available!! I am demanding a FULL REFUND for the debacle of a hotel!! I was physically unable to check in due to no rooms being clean! I am not waiting uniting midnight to get a room!! Would you?! Your staff needs to remove this hotel!! Read the reviews!! It’s an abomination!! You told me you checked with the hotel and they would not give a refund! Maybe the BBB CAN HELP! You make the customer whole! Then go after the hotel!!
