This hotel is conveniently placed just a few stops from the airport, easy to access as the train station "Anamori-Inari" is just a few hundred meters away and there are quite a few restaurants/shops nearby if you're looking for a meal/snack. It's accessibility is the best thing about the hotel.
The rooms are quite good, I booked a non smoking room and it was clean, smelt good( no smoke smell) and the staff in the reception did their best to help me when I had question or needed assistance with some service. It has a coin operated washing machine as well as vending machines indoors if you don't want to go out at night.
Going back to the room, the water pressure in the shower was really good, there was an inclusion of a bathtub, as well as amenities provided if you do not have your own such as bathing soap, shampoo, conditioner, a toothbrush with toothpaste comb, towels and other bathroom necessities.
There's an option to include breakfast in your stay, which I didn't take as I preferred to go out and try different breakfast options around Tokyo.
All in all I would rate the stay at the hotel quite good and satisfactory for a tourist who came to explore Tokyo.
