Terrible
A hotel should be even basic clean, this was far away from it. The apartment was in an untidy condition, there was obvious dirt, cigarette butts, wear and tear, the sofa was broken. We said this several times, nothing happened. It is not right that the first thing to start cleaning when entering the apartment.
The dirty mattresses were lined with plastic sheets, you can't sleep on them. We would have removed those plastic sheets, but the dirty (clearly pee-soaked) mattresses were revealed underneath.
Hotel is a Spa-hotel, but you can not take your under 10-year old child with you. We stayed one week in hotel and it was raining a lot, we were never able to use the Spa during that time. The outdoor swimming pool was clearly closed, you couldn't have gone there in that weather.
A deposit is ridiculous for such an apartment.
But something good too, there is very much to see (beautiful little villages, etc.) in the vicinity of the hotel, within a 10-kilometer radius, that there was no need to spend time in the hotel itself.
