The room was okay, but the service...
I arrived to check in Saturday afternoon at 1:30 and was met by a sign at the front desk saying that the front desk attendant was assisting another guest and that they would be back shortly. It also said that if I needed immediate assistance to pick up the phone to the right. After waiting around for about 10 minutes, I picked up the phone and received a message saying that the person I was trying to reach "was on another call.". I even tried calling the hotel on my cell phone did not yield the response either. I eventually had to walk around the hotel and find housekeepers to find somebody to check me in.
Having to wait about 40 minutes to check in is unacceptable.
The room itself is okay, except for the TV which had no signal whatsoever.
The bed was comfortable, And it was nice to have someone in person at the front desk on Sunday morning to check me out, but the fact that I had to wait 40 minutes to check in was unacceptable.
