The staff is very friendly and English is widely spoken. They try very hard to please. The hotel is located down a muddy back alley, not easy to find, there is no access unto a main street. The bed was very comfortable and a walk in closet was provided. The water in the bathroom and shower was never hot, just a lukewarm medium, I alerted management but it never got hot. I was in room 305 next to the outdoor terrace for smokers; they often left the door open causing thier conversation to be heard in my room as wall as smoke to drift in. I’m a non smoker.
The breakfast menu was a bit odd for a westerner; I had the “WaWa Continental” which consisted of some not-so-fresh fruit, mashed potato, a piece of cut up hot dog, an omelette of sorts, toast, jam and butter.
Be prepared to wait, nothing happens too fast. If you get your morning coffee in less than 15 minutes, consider it a good day.
