A great example of a hotel designed to make it easy and convenient for the staff, rather than for the guests. Generally a lack of information (why have a list in the lift of breakfast, bar, etc. without stating which floor each of these facilities are on?!). Also, there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room. You can ask them to bring you one, but why would I do that? Just have these conveniences in the room, else it isn't convenient. Same with menus, why have QR codes when you can just have a menu in the room? Why should I connect to the internet, scan a code, try and browse your terrible incomplete website, when you can just print a menu?
