My stay n 11/22 was brief yet not short enough
I arrived after midnight (approx.12:50am) to check-in. It was weird as they asked to see my reservation on my phone, then my ID, and of course my credit card. I figure how many other are checking in at almost 1am but whatever.
I am eventually sent to my room after waiting for 10-15min for them (man & woman) to check me in. Did not appear they knew what they were doing. I get to my room 319 and the key card does not work. I go back and for the three times before they open the door with the ‘master key’. At this point I am tired, went to shower, and get a nap in before my 6am flight. Finally get in the room around 1:45am. There was no hot water. I was livid. I requested to be moved and was placed in room 213. I was able to take a shower and laid down at 2:30am. I left for my flight at 4:50am. The showers have mold, bed was decent, and the pillows were like mush. I would not stay here again under any circumstance.
