Rude staff and unprofessional
Don’t get me wrong, for the price range it was okay but it doesn’t make up for the complete lack of professionalism from the staff. We had an issue with our TV so we went downstairs to explain the situation and while a young man was explaining how to resolve the situation this older employee just shoved past us and went to our room without asking and just sort of barged in. There were soda cans left in the halls for days, ominous brown stains all over the carpet and any time we asked the staff a question they acted as if it was a trouble to do their jobs and even answer simple questions.
Each encounter with the staff proved rude and not worth any time. I would not recommend staying here for a multitude of reasons, the staff being the main issue. A few days into our stay while we were out we noticed sinks covered due to a boil advisory in Atlanta which the hotel did not inform us on or post anywhere to warn anyone.
While yes the beds were soft and the area was nice, the bathroom faucet had rust dripping down, zero water pressure, odd stains out an about, and an issue with their tvs that they would refuse to fix properly besides hitting a remote a few times.
