Staff not knowledgable about important procedures.
The stay was okay. I was not happy with the service. I told the check in lady I needed a split bill (in half) and the lady said no problem...but it can only be done at the end. I check out on Saturday and said I need the bill split in half and the check out lady said, it was not possible and can only be done at the beginning and there was nothing that be done to fix the situation and that my card has already been billed for the full amount. She continued to tell me now worries...the manager can fix it and send me a receipt on Monday. I called Monday and was told the managers told the staff to tell anyone with questions about splitting the bill that there is nothing that can be done. I continue to ask to speak with the manager and the lady said the manager was busy and might not call me back and that the manager will tell me the same thing about not being able to fix the problem. I am very disappointed and upset about the staff not knowing the correct procedures and then the management not taking ownership of the staff's mistake and making the situation correct.
