Our stay was pleasant but not exceptional. Here is a breakdown of the experience.
1. Service: The staff was generally welcoming. I would have given this 4-stars if it werent for the breakfast. At check-in you have to fill out a form on what you want for breakfast the next morning. Which is a little awkward. When you go down, there is no clear durections on where to get the food. After asking the woman at the front desk I was directed to walk back to the kitchen, find the cook and ask him for my food. Not gonna lie, it was strange. The food was 1.5 stars, only because you could eat it, you know, if you had to.
2: Cleanliness: It was decent. The room was nice. There were no frills, but we didnt expect any. If you want a comfortable room that feels well kept and relatively modern you will find it here.
3. Comfort: The bed was comfortable, the towels decent quality, and the room was plenty big enough. I honestly didnt see if there were temperature controlls, bacause the room was alrady comfortable.
4. Condition: All-in-all it is a decent place to stay. There werent any major or noticable issues with any of the spaces we were in. It feels up to date and newish.
The parking lot is a little awkward and again that breakfast...but I digress. When looking for a place to stay wether visiting the area or as a pitstop on the way to a Packer game you can certainly do a lot worse. I would recommend the Harbor Town Inn, and be willing to visit again in the future.
