I stayed at this Motel One hotel for three nights and have virtually no criticisms at all. The location could hardly be better: three minutes walk to the central station... you could get to a platform in a minute if you ran.
Cleanliness was impeccable; it helps that this is a new hotel. And the staff were all friendly too, whether that's the reception desk or behind the 24-hour bar.
The bar and gardens are true highlights. A great place to meet up with friends/family before you head out to eat or explore, and beers are well-priced - 3.5 Euros for a bottle of the local pilsner.
The breakfast is a simple enough spread of rolls, croissants, cheese, yoghurts, fruit, etc. There's no toaster, which is a shame as you can also grab a boiled egg.
The coffee is basic (if you like it stronger, cancel it halfway through as that stops it filling with more water) and the orange juice from a machine - but that's one of the few signs of this hotel's more budget leanings.
The rooms are compact. Although there is a small desk, Motel One encourages you to use its bar area and gardens to work. And you can do, as there's a pleasant low-level buzz. There are plug points in the gardens too, and the Wi-Fi is truly excellent. Best I've used in a hotel.
I found the bed comfortable and slept well all three nights, despite the hotel being on a busy street. Excellent sound proofing of the rooms mean that's rarely noticeable.
All-round an excellent venue. I'll be staying again.
