The hotel’s reception and restaurant could be more helpful and understanding with the guests. I came from Disney around 23, wanted something small to eat. The restaurant’s attendant said the kitchen was closed, I asked if they couldn’t only serve a small sandwich or something else, she said they couldn’t because it was closed. Than I asked if she could call some restaurant and order something for me. She and her colleague at reception were about 20 minutes looking at the computer and couldn’t find nothing. I understand the kitchen was closed but the hotel’s bar was open so couldn’t they sell some snacks with drinks? Couldn’t the hotels staff help a guest calling to a restaurant? In the end, it felt like the staff didn’t care and didn’t do nothing at all to help.
