Hello: I just had a couple of suggestions for your staff for the future. In the winter, it would be great to have a nice fire 24/7. It would enhance the ambiance of staying there. We asked if one could be lit but they said they did not get their wood delivery??? We did stay during the holiday week (1/2 to 1/5) however, it would have been nice if the hotel was better prepared to have that going.
Also, the breakfast in the morning is, for the most part, fairly good with the exception that the egg omelets were cold on the inside both mornings so they must be premade and then just heated up in the morning. Also, there seems to be a HUGE rush at 7 am so they ran out of eggs, sausage, coffee rather quickly and also the water jug is not filled promptly after it's emptied (like over an hour on Friday morning). Whoever is on staff needs to be more attentive on getting those items replenished more quickly. Having to wait over 15 minutes for the free breakfast is not a good experience.
Finally, some car blocked the exit of the underground parking on Friday morning (on 1/3/25) so we had to back up and go out the "in" side. We had two cars behind us so that took another 20 minutes to get out of the parking garage. When we went in to the front desk, they said they knew about it and it had been parked all night there but they did not know what guest it was. I suggest you put a cone out to mark the area with a NO PARKING or DO NOT BLOCK THIS EXIT sign.
