Welcoming and comfy
Smooth check in by a lovely gentleman with a sense of humor. Frantic check out, I woke up a little dizzy with a big headache so was slow getting my things together to checkout. The wonderful gentleman at the front desk was very kind and gave me extra time to get my things out at no additional charge. I was about half an hour late and very much appreciated his gentleness and kindness. I am sorry not to have noted the names of the two gentlemen. I hope the management will check the work schedules to identify them and place good letters in their files. The rooms had a microwave and mini fridge, motion sensor lights in the bathroom, a very comfy bed, easy to work climate control and double panes windows minimizing the traffic noise. Both the shower and bathroom sink areas had wall dispensers for the soap, shampoo/conditioner.
The pool had a lift for handicap access. The lobby had hot water, tea bags and coffee. The location is easy access to shopping, eateries and the 405 freeway. I usually come to this area twice a year for a meeting. I’m now glad to know where I will always stay.
