The hotel was understaffed, had no ice machine, and no hair dryers in the rooms. I had to call the front desk on three different occasions and no one ever answered. My room smelled aweful and was very hot when I arrived. I have never been to a hotel that didn't have the ac running when you arrived.
There was only one person at the desk during checkin time and some people waited for 30 minutes. The manager didn't seem to know how to handle an annoyed customer and instead of jumping behind the desk to help her employee she headed up the elevator with no explanation. I will never stay here again.
Outside the side door there were cigarette butts all over the ground. Why not have a receptacle for them so people don't need to throw them on the ground.
For the price, I expected more.
