You get what you pay for
We stayed over for a dance competition. There's no elevator and they had us on the 2nd floor. Had to carry rack n roll up the stairs along with our bags. Then we couldn't get into our room. The electronic key card wouldn't work. Another gentleman that was staying there tried to help. He had the same issue. My daughter had to run back to the front desk while we waited outside our room. The woman re-activated the card. Still couldn't get in. I finally was able to maneuver the card after 5 minutes and got it to open. After that we didn't leave our room - afraid we wouldn't get back in. Then in the morning we check out and the parking lot is a sheet of ice. Nothing was done, no salt, no plow, nothing!
Room itself was ok. Found dirt/crap on floor corners plus dusty. Bed springs made noise every time I rolled over
