Terrible hotel
This hotel was disgusting! The first room given to me was dirty and I could tell it hadn't been cleaned. I went to the front desk to inform the clerk. She stated they were short staffed on cleaning so she would give me another room. I walked in the second room and it practically wasn't any better. The rooms had a foul smell. I decided to clean the room myself. I went to Walmart to grab a few items to clean and disinfect the room. When I returned, I discovered the bathroom light wasn't working. The clerk sent someone to fix it. As i processed to clean and disinfect the room, I pulled the covers back on the bed and a bug was crawling in it. I sent my son to get the clerk, she came in and I immediately showed her the bug. She at first was trying to convince me it wasn't a bug until she smashed it and blood came out. She offered to give me "clean" sheets because they didn't have any more rooms. As we where talking, I spotted a couple more bugs on the bed. She told me she understood if I wanted to leave. Upon leaving she gave me her information, to assist with getting a refund. The hotel is in an absolutely great location but it definitely needs tons of upgrades and deep cleaning.
