The worst!! Received an email from the front desk stating that I need to have a credit card on file even though I booked directly through Expedia. I contacted Expedia they reached out to the property and said it was an error and to disregard it. Checked into the room, went to pull the sheets back on the bed a sock fell out, sheets looked like someone was already was in the bed, the handle on the shower was broken and the desk chair was broken. Called down to the front desk to have my room changed. Upon checking out, my credit card was charged and it’s been a hassle to get my money back since I checked out on September 16. I went back to the front desk when I noticed the charge and the woman told me that it was just a pending charge that it would fall off, that charge did not fall off it went through as a transaction and I’ve been trying to get my money back ever since.
You call the front desk no one knows how to do anything, the managers are ALWAYS in “meetings,” they can’t provide you with any information then they said that the refund has been issued and that you “should” have your money back on September 30, still no money and it’s been a chasing game ever since. DO NOT STAY HERE FULL WARNING!! Stealing someone’s money then playing the chasing game to get it back.
