The check in process was terrible. The lockbox that contained the key was not in the location that we were told it would be. After several communications we were finally told to look across the street for a lockbox. Then we were given an entirely different code to unlock the lockbox than the one we were given initially. It was very frustrating. When we got into the apartment, we found that the WiFi did not work. We were given another password to try. That didn't work, so we were told to reset the cable box. There were numerous cables all in one big pile, so it was difficult to find the right one to unplug and plug back in. It still didn't make the cable work, so I crawled around on the floor for nothing. When I communicated with management about the WiFi, the person acted like we were just too stupid do know how to put in the correct password. Someone did come over with another device that we were able to use and have WiFi. The next unpleasant thing that happened is that we did not have hot water the first evening. I suspect that the hot water was turned off, or very low, and it took about 24 hours for the water to get hot enough for showers. I emailed the management and told them that our experience had been most unpleasant to this point. Someone emailed me back saying that I had been unpleasant to deal with. That was a rather rude. The water was hot by the second evening. I feel we should be reimbursed at a minimum the cost for the first night's stay. Please let me know.
