Our recent holiday ended at a hotel we chose mainly for its two-bed provision – essential for my teenage daughter and me. Unfortunately, a hotels.com issue and poor internet caused our preferences to reset. Although this problem didn't originate from the hotel, the staff's handling of the situation was disappointing. They seemed indifferent and offered a complimentary breakfast as an inadequate resolution.
While the hotel boasted modern aesthetics and cleanliness, it fell short on noise insulation. Our street-side room was constantly disturbed by city sounds. Additionally, I faced issues connecting to the Wi-Fi, forcing me to rely on my mobile data for work tasks.
Despite its cleanliness and style, my experience suggests that this hotel doesn't offer sufficient value for the cost. Better service and a more customer-focused approach can often be found elsewhere in Alicante at a lower price.
