Unsafe Incidents
Two unsafe experiences:
1: After my son and I checked, while getting unpacked a male who worked in the hotel opened our room door, without knocking. I said excuse me! And he said I’m sorry and closed the door. I have traveled frequently for over 20 years with more hotel stays than I can count and this has never happened to me. I felt violated and questioned the integrity of people who work in this hotel.
2. I road the elevator down and when I got to the bottom floor there was a closed door in front of the elevator doors as they opened. I did have a small panick attack until something in me said try to push it, I did and it opened. However, when it opened there were employees of the hotel standing there and I said why was that closed that was terrifying and they said: I don’t know and offered no explanation or apology on what they had just witnessed. Was the elevator broken and should I have been on it?
