This was a two night visit and I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was which was very important to me. There was only a little bit of noise through the adjoining door. I was also happy with the breakfast which we added on and had a choice of omelet, French toast, or yogurt bowl.

We stayed for two nights and it is in close proximity to Hershey Park and Tanger Outlets. When we arrived the lobby was quite loud due to sports teams, it made check in a little more difficult due to noise. The hotel room appeared clean. We wished that the bathroom had a fan as it made it hard for multiple people to get ready due to fogged up mirror. The charging station has an outlet that didn’t work causing phone battery not to charge in the night. Disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included. Additional $16 per person. For the price of two nights it didn’t feel like Hilton quality.

Was a little outdated, the conditioner on the wall in the bathroom was empty and the hair dryer hadn't been cleaned and wouldn't work properly. The rooms are very spacious and nice for the price, the lobby was spotless and had alot of different options. The staff was excellent, they were pleasant and very helpful.

The headboard on the bed was covered in dust. So much that you could see a white coating as soon as you walk into the room. The shower faucet wasn’t working and once the manager got it to turn on, we had to keep it on until everyone finished showering one by one. Cleaning products were left behind and the sofa bed mattress was sunken in and just so uncomfortable. The staff however, was pleasant and apologetic.
