No hot water - told by desk clerk that the hotel was full and “it is what it is”. When I said that when one books a hotel room that a shower is expected. Her reply was “would you like me to check you out” as we were booked for a 2nd night and had 3 rooms. She never once apologized for the hotel’s lack of hot water or for her rudeness. Breakfast was repeatedly empty, even running out of plates (they sent staff to Meijer) at 9 am on a Sunday when breakfast was very busy. Found stink bug on my bed. Messed up our credit card split payment. A positive was 2 very pleasant staff working Sunday morning that were helpful!
