We are a couple who booked a business room with queen bed. When we arrived we were greeted in a non-welcoming way. The receptionist claimed that he had already turned off the computer and we therefore would have to wait until another receptionist would start his shift, in order to check in.
The room we received was a room with two separately located single beds. When advising the receptionists of this, they were completely unbothered, and said that the booking of a double bed is „only a request“ and not an actual part of the booking.
Only after insisting on a double bed, after a long discussion with these receptionists, they advised us that another business room is not available, and offered another, smaller room with a double bed as an alternative.
We did not receive any compensation for these issues, not even an apology was made.
