Not so great
When you walk into the lobby this hotel is beautiful, it looks top notch! Our suite was just okay. It was a little dated. Our bed was not comfortable at all, very hard. And the sofa bed was terrible. We had to pull the mattress out and use it on the floor, which wasnt any better. The a/c also was out until the following week. We did ask for a fan, but didnt get one until the 2nd night and it was broken. I called the front desk to ask for another fan and was told they got a shipment of fans in and would bring us one to our room, no one ever came though😕. We ended up sleeping with the sliding door open both nights.
I wanted to love this place, but it wasn't as great as the lobby leads it to be, unfortunately.
