As a steady Traveler with a very bad lower back, when I book a hotel I look for ones that have a comfortable chair or recliner. This hotel advertised it and it was clear and evident in the picture, but when I checked into the hotel and went up to my room there was no chair. I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk and she basically said they don't even have those chairs at the hotel. This was clearly misleading and false advertising, and I am going to dispute the charge because not having what they claimed and advertised, is wrong and even illegal. About the room otherwise, it was extremely outdated but on the positive side it was comfortable and quiet even though the highway was close by. But again there was no breakfast served whatsoever, just a handful of yogurts and some nasty little microwave sausage biscuits, not even any coffee or tea.
