Having stayed in many Ibis hotels around the world I've come to appreciate the level of quality and feel the brand normally offers. This hotel however stands way out from what I was expecting. The reception was by far the most rude and unhelpful I have ever encountered in any hotel or even hostel anywhere. The attitude when I was waiting to check in was basically "what are you standing there for". I was then charged again for the room I had already prepaid, which I didn't notice immediately after 16 hours of traveling. When I went back to get it sorted out the response was just "sorry, it happens". I was refunded a smaller amount with no explanation why until I double checked myself and asked about it (the city tax apparently).
I was given an accessible room with twin bed, even though I had booked a normal one with a double bed. The floor in the room was dirty, clearly hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner or a mop for a while. Also the bathroom floor was in need of some deep cleaning.
All in all, if you are considering this hotel for the Ibis brand promise, be sure to drop your expectations before arriving. Otherwise, it is reasonable value for money, if you just need to sleep and can ignore the rudeness of staff.
