The location was great for easy access to the freeways, free parking, minimal traffic. The major concern I have with the hotel was the mattresses in our room number 633 were severely worn out and uncomfortable. That’s not to put blame on the staff, who were always kind and pleasant. Upon check-in, I would like to see the staff more knowledgeable about the rooms when asked questions regarding features - mainly when asked questions about the bathroom, facilities, shower versus tub, etc.. The younger generation does not seem to know what a bathtub means. They see the shower and a soaking tub as one and the same. And I’ve had this problem and many other hotels. It would be nice if the check-in staff was required to tour the rooms and have an intimate knowledge of what each room offers in the way of sleeping options and bathroom layouts.
Cheers!!
