Mediocre service and maintenance
Unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel
My first room was not great - it had a very annoying and noisy bathroom fan that could not be turned off, electrical issues (the switch had a short and you could smell burning). It was fixed, but I had to ask for a change in the room because I was not comfortable staying there with all the electrical issues, plus the light coming in the room was extremely bright and the very thin roller blind was very inadequate. The staff was efficient but very nonchalant about it. The second room was much better, it had a quieter fan that could shut off. The bathroom had some mould between the tiles but otherwise it was very clean. The AC had a leak, but there was more shade (lower room nearer to other buildings). Overall it was much better
Generally the staff were professional but not warm.
Breakfast was good but for other meals the restaurant food was poor
Location was good - near to Costanera Center and the lift to San Cristobal hill.
