Unfortunately, the covid pandemic wasnt kind to this facility. The once beautiful lounge and resturaunt area is closed and appears to have been closed for years. Very sad because it used to be vibrant. The entire building definitely needs overall maintenence performed on the outside of the building. The roof needs pressure washed, all cement walkways and stairs need blown off or swept, theres bird feathers everywhere outside by exterior doors, entire building needs algea growth removed. Roof gutters have grass growing out of most of them, please weed eat/mow the exterior landscaping a bit and take out neglected trashcans. The inside of building is nice still, just take pride in what you have on the outside please. Top notch service with the pool and jacuzzi area. I would stay here again, even with what i wrote. It is still a lovely facility and people will enjoy their stay.

Check in with the oersin at the counter seemed strained he seemed like he was upset that we were checking in. There were no towels when I went down to ask for them it seemed like he was cery upset or put out that I asked for towels. We were ok with the lack of everything else.

Last minute booking was good. Facility is showing some wear, no daily room service, and ran out of coffee pods for the room. Desk service at check in was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and nice view from 4th floor. Patio/deck was unusable due to moss chunks and seagull droppings, but appeared they were power washing.

Definitely not well kept. Run down outside, gardens and roofs unkept. No coffee, no cleaning of rooms for weekend 3 day stay. Ocean view with glass door and windows that had not been cleaned in a very long time. Restaurant and lounge closed.

It wasn't as advertised. The restaurant and bar were closed since 2020--- that should have been revised online. That is why we booked our reservation with them. There was water on the floor in front of the bar sink, the room was not very clean, no kleenex, they were out of coffee, and only two towels. So we end up switching rooms. The new room was better, but just run down. I wouldn't recommend staying there.

We're pretty easy to please and understand circumstances beyond control. We visited out of season and they were kind and upgraded us to a larger room, but the larger room seemed to be set up for just one person. One coffee cup with a 1 Cup coffee maker. (No extra coffee available due to their delivery being delayed). There was a microwave that was very small and you could barely get a cup in there, but happy to have it- but no dishes, silverware or any other glassware But a small refrigerator! Yaay. Television had cable but most of the channels weren't working and there was no guide. Sauna and steam room looked like they hadn't been used or kept up for quite some time, but the pool and jacuzzi were good. In general, we DID enjoy our stay. The staff were friendly, beds were comfortable, space was nice and large and having a view of the ocean and all the kites flying was spectacular. We decided to stay two nights.

I rented this room for the view, but it's a problem when I had to go buy Windex and paper towels to clean the window and the glass in the door just to enjoy the view. I also had to defrost the mini fridge in the room because it was so iced over that the fridge wasn't keeping anything cold. We

Looks like they are barely in business and can't afford to maintain the place. Had to replace bed linen because it was stained and worn. Was supposed to be a non-pet room but there was pet hair on the couch which was also stained and worn.The deck was unusable because it was not clean with bird poop on the chairs and table. Glass deck door blinds were missing slats, window sill was not clean. Toilet handle would stick, tub/shower had slow drain.

The hotel is run down and filthy. Bugs everywhere, roof leaks, I’ve attached photos. They did not offer breakfast - breakfast is one of the reasons I booked this hotel instead of another. My son cut his leg in the pool, there was blood everywhere and they didn’t even ask if he was okay. They gave me gauze and a bandaid, and didn’t come to clean up the blood. It probably is still on the floor.
This was the vent in the bathroom, it was not on the ceiling. This is reachable by hand on the wall, and should have been cleaned between visits. Filthy.

The room was very spacious,but not clean, ther was alot of dust. I could tell the toilet had not been cleaned for quite awhile. I had a ocean veiw, but the windows were so dirty it was difficult looking through them. I did wipe down the door window that made it a better veiw.The bacony had standing water and mudd on it, and the rails were filthy. There was two white plastic chairs on the balcony that we could not sit on because they were green with pollen. There was not a coffee pot or coffee in the room. There was one 2 towels and one wash cloth in the bathroom. Under the bathroom sing there was a pretty big water stain and dead flies in it.

This hotel has gone down so bad we have loved staying here in the past but now everything is so run down and dirty. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again. We were also sad to find that this time the staff was very unwelcoming and we seemed more of a burden than a guest.

I read reviews and felt fully aware of the outdated condition of the hotel. Was surprised to find no towels in my room, I had to ask for them at the front desk. No toiletries either. Stated they were “waiting on a shipment,” which felt like a line they’ve used a lot. The staff was friendly and available. The building itself is definitely run down. Very 90’s. Double paned windows with moisture trapped, impacting the view. The balcony felt unsafe. Climate control in my room was great. Quiet nights even with a room by the elevator. Restaurant closed, pool and gym were open. Plenty of walkable areas nearby for food and activities. Good location, just plan on bringing your own bath amenities.

Booked a king over 8 months ago, once we got there they had given them away so we ended up getting a huge room with extra beds when other families or groups could have utilized that size. They didn’t have soap, shampoo, conditioner or coffee. The room had a nice view of the beach.

Where to start…. The parking area and appearance on the outside was great. Upon entering the beautiful fish tank in the pictures was not at all what I had seen. It was dirty and had about 5 fish. At checkout I was informed that they did not have shampoo, conditioner, or coffee. As I was on a short trip I needed these items. Also the in hotel restaurant was closed. My room was dated but comfortable and my view was amazing. When my family and I went to the pool we were informed there were no towels. The second day they did offer us a bathmat to dry. We then decided to go to the vending machine. It was stocked, but two of the three sodas were expired by three months. After talking to the other quests I found out that they all were told to put their towels and garbages outside of their doors because there was no room service. I was not told that. The hotel guests I talked to were there for a NA conference and staying a lot long than I was. I can tell this hotel has potential and was nice at one point. I remember when it was build it was the hotel to go to. Now I do not see it being my choice.

1 day before scheduled check in I was advised the restaurant would not be open and there would be no room service. I had reservations for 4 nights and NO room service. There were no towels, soap, shampoo,or COFFEE!! I had to sleep on the same sheets for 4 nights. Who ever owns this property should be ashamed of themselves!! It's a beautiful facility but hasn't been properly maintained for years. Expedia should be more mindful of who they allow to use their service. Total disappointment.
