Outdated, grimy and overall just okay.
Aside from the fact that the hotel felt very dated, the room never felt very clean. There was visible mildew in the shower and a mildew smell. Every time we walked into the room. The floor didn't look vacuumed when we arrived. I requested housekeeping everyday and got the bare minimum of service. The beds were sloppily made (pillows weren't even arranged at the head), The floor was never vacuumed and our trash wasn't removed. I requested extra towels everyday because we were in a handicap room and the bathroom flooded every time we took a shower and I never did get the extra towels.
Upon arrival I want to utilize the small refrigerator which wasn't turned on and it did not have a knob to adjust the temperature so I had to call down to maintenance to get it repaired.
During breakfast, the cook preparing the omelets on Sunday and Monday was very friendly. The staff responsible for busing and cleaning tables didn't do a very good job. I went to a table that was sticky with syrup and the staff member was just standing around.
The bar staff for the evening reception was very nice.
