My stay at this hotel was the worst vacation experience due to blatant racial discrimination and unprofessional service.
At check-in, the staff member Kimberli was rude and unhelpful, providing no information about the hotel’s amenities. When I asked, she ignored me and only insisted on an upgrade. She also falsely claimed my tax payment failed, causing a double charge. Later, I saw her being extremely kind to an American guest, thoroughly explaining the hotel facilities. That’s when I realized we hadn’t even received a welcome drink, unlike the American guests.
When we arrived at our room, the wristband key didn’t work because Kimberli had issued an unregistered one. She also gave me only one wristband, preventing my wife from accessing the room. When we complained, she reluctantly replaced it.
Throughout our stay, we were seated at the worst tables, and bar staff ignored us while serving white guests first. This hotel has a clear issue with racial discrimination, and I will never stay here again.
