Not worth it
The staff were all lovely. The room and hallways were not kept nice and looked dirty. The room felt like a prison cell with no art or decorations. The shower head clearly had not been cleaned in a LONG time with white rust marks across the whole thing. I wouldn’t believe they’ve ever deep cleaned the rooms even if they told me they did. I rented a room with 2 queen beds but they were NOT queens they were doubles which were not only very uncomfortable but also too small to accommodate 3 larger women. It was tough. I didn’t get any sleep. The pool area was lovely but the pool was not heated which was odd so we didn’t swim because it was too cold. Overall very disappointed and I won’t be back. Not worth it unless they have secret rooms somewhere that are actually comfortable and match what they say online.
