3 biggest factors for me when staying at a hotel: 1) Price - was on the high side but still affordable. 2) Cleanliness- room was clean, no issues. 3) Comfort - bed was so soft and mushy. Very uncomfortable. We much prefer a firm mattress.
In addition, the bathroom contained a large garden tub. Not a desirable choice for us. We are in our 60’s and this type of tub is difficult for us to get in and out of (in order to shower you need to use) and dangerous for falling. We were not advised when we booked the room that it had this type of tub.
On the positive side, the parking lot was well lit. Also, no ice machines were convenient to our room. Had to walk to the next building. Overall, not a horrible experience but not great. We would not choose it again.
