HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME TWICE
He tried to charge me twice, I didn’t get the room that I reserved or a room on the bottom floor. He said he was full, even though there was only eight cars in the parking lot so apparently there’s a lot of people permanently living there which is disgusting and the rooms are disgusting. The carpet is disgusting. The beds are from 1980. The furniture and the rooms are really nice. I don’t know why they can’t spend money on a really comfortable bed. I told him I was disabled. I had knee surgery. I’m supposed to have knee surgery again. I have a torn rotator cuff. I have arthritis from head to toe. I have a torn rotator cuff that needs surgery. I have bulging discs degenerative disc disease. I’ve been an excruciating pain and I cannot go upstairs, and I was on my way to see my sister who is dying of cancer and I absolutely cannot go up and downstairs. I literally had to just not go to my car anymore and get everything that I needed. I shouldn’t have to suffer and I tried calling Hotels.com and he called the hotel and he got told the same exact thing that he told me so nothing changed. It’s extremely rude to post a room available and let somebody book it and then tell them that it’s not after they paid and then after he tried to charge you again, he was trying to act like the room wasn’t paid for and I have no idea why and he was only gonna charge me $50 but I had already paid $59.
